The Husqvarna Automower 315 is a robotic lawn mower designed for medium-sized residential lawns of up to 0.4 acre (about 1500 m2). It mows continuously within a guide-wire boundary and returns to its charging station on its own to keep grass uniformly cut.

By cutting small amounts often, the Automower 315 returns fine clippings to the lawn as mulch and helps maintain a dense, healthy turf without bagging. Its compact four-wheel chassis manages slopes up to 40 percent and narrow passages, and it operates quietly enough to run while the household is at home.
