This page explains how to check on an order with Garden Homes Realty, what to expect during processing and shipping, and how to reach us if something does not look right. We want every order to arrive smoothly, and a real person is here to help if you have questions along the way.
How to Check Your Order
There are two easy ways to see where your order stands:
- Log in to My Account. Visit My Account to view your order history, current order status, and order details at any time.
- Use your tracking link. Once your order has been dispatched, we email you a confirmation that includes a tracking link. Click it to follow your package in real time.
Be sure to use the email address you entered at checkout so your order confirmation and shipping updates reach you. If you do not see our emails, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Processing & Shipping Times
We work to get your equipment on its way quickly. Here is the typical timeline:
- Handling: 1 business day (Monday–Friday) to prepare and pack your order after it is placed.
- Transit: 1–3 business days for small and medium items once shipped, with free shipping on all US orders.
- Oversized or freight items: larger equipment may be quoted and scheduled separately. We will be in touch if your order requires special handling.

Tracking Your Package
After your order ships, your tracking link becomes active and your order status updates to dispatched. Carrier tracking can take several hours to show the first scan, so if your link looks quiet right after dispatch, give it a little time and check again.
You can return to your tracking link or your My Account page any time to see the latest movement on your shipment, from pickup through delivery.
Problems With an Order
If anything does not look right, we are glad to help. Please reach out if:
- Your tracking has not updated for several business days.
- The estimated delivery window has passed and your order has not arrived.
- Your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it.
- An item arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.
