What Is Covered / Not Covered
Manufacturer warranties are designed to protect you against problems caused by manufacturing defects, not against ordinary use or accidental damage. While exact terms vary by brand, the general principles below typically apply.
Generally covered:
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.
- Components that fail prematurely due to a manufacturing fault rather than wear.
- Items that arrive damaged or non-functional out of the box (see “Replacements & Defective-on-Arrival Items” below).
Generally not covered:
- Normal wear-and-tear items such as blades, belts, filters, spark plugs, and tires consumed through regular use.
- Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, or improper operation.
- Damage from improper installation, modification, or use of non-approved parts.
- Failure to follow the manufacturer’s maintenance, assembly, or operating instructions.
- Cosmetic wear, weathering, rust, or damage from improper storage.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a defect covered by its warranty, we are here to help guide you through the process. To get started, contact our support team and have the following ready:
- Your order number from Garden Homes Realty.
- The product name or model and a brief description of the issue.
- Clear photos or a short video showing the problem, and where possible, the product label or serial number.
- The approximate date the issue first appeared.
Once we receive your information, a real member of our team will review the details, confirm the applicable warranty terms, and walk you through the next steps. Depending on the manufacturer’s process, this may involve troubleshooting, a replacement part, a repair authorization, or coordination directly with the brand.
Replacements & Defective-on-Arrival Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional, please let us know promptly so we can make it right. We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it is delivered.
- Report any damage or defect on arrival as soon as you can after delivery, with photos of the item and its packaging.
- For a confirmed defective-on-arrival item, we will arrange a replacement of the same product whenever it is available, or work with you on an alternative resolution.
- If a direct replacement is not available, we will discuss your options, which may include a comparable item or a refund in line with our Refund & Return Policy.
- Please keep the original packaging until your claim is resolved, as it may be needed for inspection or return.

Warranty claims and returns are handled differently, and it helps to know which applies to your situation.
- A warranty claim covers manufacturing defects that appear during the manufacturer’s warranty period and is governed by the brand’s warranty terms.

- Defective-on-arrival items may be eligible for both a replacement and a return remedy; we will help you choose the best path.
